These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website available at https://slabs.market (the "Platform") and constitute a legally binding agreement between Individual Entrepreneur Eskhil Dmitrievich Nikiforov (the "Owner") and any individual or legal entity using the Platform (the "User"). Before using the Platform, please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User must immediately stop using the Platform.

1. Definitions

Platform means the online marketplace available at https://slabs.market providing services for searching, viewing and interacting with suppliers of natural stone products. Owner means Individual Entrepreneur Eskhil Dmitrievich Nikiforov, the lawful owner and operator of the Platform.

User means any individual who has reached the age of eighteen (18) years or any legal entity using the Platform.

Personal Account means the User's registered account providing access to the Platform's services. Content means all texts, photographs, images, graphics, software, databases, product descriptions, trademarks, logos and any other materials available on the Platform.

Supplier means an individual entrepreneur or legal entity offering products through the Platform.

2. Scope of the Agreement

2.1. The Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. Access to the Platform is provided free of charge unless otherwise specified for particular services.

2.3. The Platform enables Users to search for products, review suppliers' offers, communicate with suppliers and use other services available through the Platform.

2.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Owner is not the manufacturer or seller of the products displayed on the Platform. Information regarding products is provided by Suppliers.

2.5. The Owner reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any functionality of the Platform without prior notice.

3. Registration

3.1. Certain features of the Platform require registration and creation of a Personal Account.

3.2. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.

3.3. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3.4. All activities performed through the User's Personal Account shall be deemed to have been performed by the User unless proven otherwise.

3.5. The User shall immediately notify the Owner of any unauthorized access to their Personal Account.

3.6. The Owner may refuse registration or suspend access to a Personal Account in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1. The User may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. The User agrees to:

- comply with applicable laws;

- provide truthful information;

-respect the rights of third parties;

-refrain from actions that may interfere with the operation of the Platform;

-comply with these Terms.

4.3. The User shall not:

- use automated tools to collect information from the Platform without prior written permission;

- interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; upload viruses or malicious software;

-attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; use the Platform for unlawful purposes;

-publish false or misleading information.

5. Relations with Suppliers

5.1. The Platform enables Users to communicate with Suppliers and review product offers.

5.2. Prices, product availability, specifications, delivery terms, warranties and other commercial conditions are determined solely by the respective Supplier.

5.3. The Owner does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or suitability of any products listed on the Platform.

5.4. The Owner reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5.5. The Owner may temporarily suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Owner has the right to:

6.1.1. Modify, update or discontinue any part of the Platform, its functionality, interface or Content without prior notice.

6.1.2. Suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, security reasons or technical improvements.

6.1.3. Suspend or terminate a User's access to the Platform if the User violates these Terms or applicable law, or if the User's actions may adversely affect the Platform, its Users or third parties.

6.1.4. Remove any information or materials published on the Platform if they violate these Terms or applicable law.

6.1.5. Send Users service-related notifications concerning the operation of the Platform.

6.2. The Owner undertakes to:

6.2.1. Make reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform.

6.2.2. Take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Users' information.

6.2.3. Process personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.

6.3. The User has the right to:

6.3.1. Use the Platform within the scope provided by these Terms.

6.3.2. Contact the Owner regarding technical or operational issues.

6.3.3. Receive information regarding the services available through the Platform.

6.4. The User agrees to:

6.4.1. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

6.4.2. Respect the intellectual property rights of the Owner and third parties.

6.4.3. Refrain from actions that may damage, disable or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

6.4.4. Not use bots, crawlers, scrapers or any automated means to access or collect information from the Platform without the Owner's prior written consent.

6.4.5. Promptly notify the Owner of any unauthorized use of the User's account.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, databases, text, images, graphics, logos and other Content, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to the Owner or is used under valid legal authorization.

7.2. Nothing in these Terms grants the User ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7.3. Unless expressly permitted by law or by the Owner in writing, the User shall not: copy or reproduce any part of the Platform; distribute or publish Platform Content; modify or create derivative works based on the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Platform; use automated data collection technologies (scraping or parsing).

8. Privacy and Personal Data

8.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Platform.

8.2. By using the Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

8.3. Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

- user registration;

- provision of Platform services; communication with Users; facilitating interactions between Users and Suppliers; compliance with legal obligations; improving the Platform and customer support.

8.4. The User may exercise their rights regarding personal data in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and relevant legislation.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability of the Platform.

9.3. The Owner shall not be liable for:

- actions or omissions of Suppliers;

- accuracy or completeness of product information provided by Suppliers; quality, safety or legality of products offered by Suppliers; temporary interruptions or technical failures; any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.

9.4. The User is solely responsible for all information submitted through the Platform and for compliance with applicable law.

10. Amendments and Termination

10.1. These Terms become effective when the User first accesses or uses the Platform.

10.2. The Owner may amend these Terms at any time.

10.3. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

10.4. Continued use of the Platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

11.2. The Parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through negotiations.

11.3. Before initiating court proceedings, the Parties agree to follow a mandatory pre-trial claim procedure where required by applicable law.

11.4. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2. Failure of the Owner to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Owner and the User regarding the use of the Platform.

12.4. The current version of these Terms is permanently available on the Platform
